In general, the camera is excellent, in it the company has implemented a completely different, new approach to ergonomics, I liked it, but alas, it is not the most suitable for a reportage work scenario. For example, with moving the AF point, I was able to understand that I had to press the AF point selection button, and then the AF point or area could be moved with 2 wheels. One - horizontally, the other - vertically, but I think everyone will agree that this is not for a reportage scenario. The same applies to the quick change of some parameters, which change one or 2 clicks longer than in 5D mk IV. In general, it seems that Canon has done everything possible to please the sales of 5D mk IV, 5DS / R, 7Dmk II. They have 2 slots, a joystick, a scroll wheel near the navikey, in comparison with them, the camera feels cut off in terms of ergonomics, and in some places in terms of functionality. As an example - the speed of burst shooting in tracking focus mode. But no matter what, the camera is delightful. The electronic viewfinder is a revelation, it's incredibly convenient to see the result before shooting, the exposure simulation works quite well and the result differs slightly from the simulation, except that the camera does not press the aperture. Yes, after buying the camera, you need to reconfigure it for yourself and reassign control, but it seemed to me a trifling task, since you still configure the camera for yourself. Also, be prepared to buy extra. battery, one can only last for half a day of shooting. To everyone who is thinking about buying, I advise you to look at the camera and try to communicate with it live, all the reviews seemed incompetent to me after getting to know the camera on my own. I personally have not yet held the camera and tried to shoot it myself, I could not form a clear opinion about it. There is a lot of unfounded criticism of this camera on the net, people clearly did not understand it and did not try to use it, and those who filmed and worked with the camera changed their attitude towards it.
