Fits exactly, nothing more is needed. Remove the inner door panel being careful of the plastic as Dodge plastic breaks easily. Then see the locknuts holding the mirror and replace them with new ones. reverse order to assemble. Took me about 30 minutes, plus or minus a minute counting the time it took to adjust the new mirrors. If you're not sure if you can, you can also find it on YouTube I'm sure.
