Pretty easy to use. Short learning curve.

I have to digitize thousands of negatives and slides. I can sit in front of the TV and just do it. The negative slot could be a bit better but still works quite well. The slides were light, except for those in (thicker) plastic sleeves, which don't slip easily. The scan is very fast. Good for snapshots and family photos. Professional photographers will complain about the quality, which can be genuine. The quality meets my requirements. Ansel Adams would have giggled. But he's dead.

Pros

INTUITIVE USER INTERFACE. When the image appears, click Capture/Scan. It is so easy. Dedicated scan and home buttons allow for easy one-click scanning and faster menu navigation; View and edit the current slide or image gallery on the color display. Including storage compartment and insert catalogue; Easily edit RGB image and resolution, view gallery (supports SD card up to 32GB) and more.
