I am someone who enjoys doing their shopping online, so I was delighted to test out WITHMOONS, a site that claims to be able to meet all of your requirements for fashion in a one location. I'm sorry to say it, but my interactions with this firm have left me feeling let down and annoyed. Although WITHMOONS sells a large choice of products, I was disappointed to find that the quality of their goods was subpar. I purchased a few articles of clothing from their website, and the fabric was extremely thin and flimsy in all of the pieces. Even worse, one of the shirts I ordered arrived with a little hole already present in it. In addition to the low quality of their products, I discovered that the pricing was really deceptive. Although they promote low pricing, I discovered that the total cost of shipping and handling was significantly higher than advertised. It turned out that the cost of shipping was greater than the cost of the things themselves that I bought. When I needed to return one of the goods I had purchased, I had a tough time getting in touch with customer care. This made the situation even more frustrating. It took a few tries to get in touch with someone, and even after that, the procedure for returning the item was more difficult than it should have been. In general, my time spent with WITHMOONS did not live up to my expectations. Although they may have a large selection of things, the fact that the quality is low, the prices are deceptive, and the customer service is tough makes it doubtful that I will buy with them again in the near or distant future.
