Less than an hour after I unpacked and installed this player, I wanted to throw it out the window. And I could do it if he didn't just eat one of my CDs. Going online I found that not only is this a common occurrence, but there is no physical mechanism to reset the drive other than loosening two screws. back and get it. I have decided not to send the product in for "repair". I thought it would be a responsible action, but the long turnaround time and the shrewd support rep I spoke to convinced me otherwise. Put simply, it's a lemon. The designers have poured all their time into streaming options, neglecting the device's primary function: disc playback. Mind you, a disc stuck in (after being ejected) played great. YMMV.
