The best thing about this software program, in my opinion, was that it allowed us to have multiple people working simultaneously with our accounting system without having to worry so much! I did not like one of its most important features but they are still developing more ways for users to use their product as well as improving upon what's there now. This allows me to get work done faster while allowing others who need attention from other employees or clients access right away if needed. It has helped improve productivity at my office by being able to have several different projects going at once. We've been using this tool since 2012 which makes any problems we had then seem insignificant compared to how far along development would take.
