The Quantum Pack is a game changer. First, it includes a Q-Server, which is the hub on which you program and set up projects. Setting this up is very easy, just connecting to your network and entering the server's IP address into a web browser. It was very cool because it allowed me to get data from my smart devices like iPhone, iPad and computer and manage projects. Second, the kit includes two Q-Client Builder Bases, which are wireless clients that communicate with the Q-Server via Bluetooth. This is the base that the electronic components plug into and is a lot of fun to use! I started using the Starter Bundle to drive basic circuits like LEDs, buttons, DC motors, etc. However, as I became more comfortable with the system, I was able to create more complex builds using these basics. Projects became very useful and a lot of fun to create. After using this system and several others, I found the Quantum Starter Bundle much easier than anything else. This is due to the starter pack's simplicity in setting up the firmware, uploading the firmware to the linker bases over the air, and creating applications with drag-and-drop functionality. Easy integration with other platforms is also a really cool feature that has allowed me to control Wifi Lights. in the room and even get messages that the door was open when my contact sensor was triggered. All in all a great product with exciting features. The price is a bit high! Although I expect my money to be worth the starter pack based on how much I've learned and built so far and how much potential there is for great new projects! Great for any skill level.
