This is a great board for kids who are just starting off. I have a pro board compared next to it. I’m an adult and grew up skating for fun. Obviously there is a big difference in quality of a pro board vs this board. You’re not going to be doing grinds or 50-50 slides with this board or anything serious. Maybe kick flips and ollies. The board does get wheel bite as you can see in the picture due to the trucks and the wheels which are soft poly urethane and super grippy. The only problem is when you get wheel bite on soft poly urethan that grips is that it makes you fly off the board. Harder wheels would make the wheel bite less noticeable and won’t grip the board. Also the hardware nuts in the trucks are non standard, but try yes give you the tool to unscrew them. Overall, this is a great board for kids because they won’t run into the wheel bite issue when turning as much. You can always change the wheels for harder wheels and it would be fine, but it’s the design that makes it wheel bite. The trucks are too low causing the wheel bite. They have a riser pad installed but it doesn’t seem to do much from preventing wheel bite.
