As a warning, this is NOT Fredrick's "bulged out" canvas as shown in the Amazon picture. They look a lot better quality (stitched, decent wood, better canvas) and cost a bit more money. The picture that Amazon shows before you go to this homepage is correct. Go for a round flat style like this one. The canvas is glued to the chipboard and I'm worried that it might warp if I pour water on the back of the cavities to stretch it back out and get rid of the bumps (which I usually do with all my canvases, but they are made of good wood, so it's not a question). I don't worry about glue, but if I pay $25, I would think they would spend an extra dollar (or less) to staple it. Otherwise, this is your default canvas. Nothing special. Next time I would go for a Convexo or just find a round wooden frame and attach a raw canvas to it.
