Nozzle doesn't fit properly

Although this nozzle is listed as compatible with my iron, it doesn't quite fit. It dangles a bit in the iron and wobbles when I press it against my soldered parts. My other tips work well, but this one doesn't. I found a way to route it with small copper washers, but changing them every time is impractical.
