Pleasant and Professional Firm who Delivered Above & Beyond
The most important thing to me was that this firm had experience with multiple industries including mine (healthcare). They also were very knowledgeable about HRIS systems specifically Paychex's system which they are currently using for our payroll processing needs as well! I liked how professional it seemed when meeting them at their office - nothing really stood out negatively but there wasn't anything great either so just take your time deciding what you want from these folks before making any decisions or committing too much money up front!!
Pros
- The fact that they have experience in multiple industries and also have experience with our specific industry and our specific HRIS system
Cons
- I think the main thing I disliked was that there was no clear indication of what the fees were going to be
- I would have liked a more explicit breakdown of the costs
