This is an essential item for pumping milk at work. I work 12 hour shifts and don't have much time to sort and bag milk and I don't have space to store bags at work. Enter this amazing bottle. I fill the smaller cylinder with ice at around 7 a.m. and sometimes don't get home until 9 p.m. When I first used the bottle I was scared because the ice was melting BUT the milk was very cold! I pumped about 24 ounces a day and it kept him going and cold with no issues. I pump and pour it straight out without pre-chilling and it still stays cold. Not only is it great at work, but when I'm on the road and need a pump I take it with me as it fits easily in my diaper bag/backpack. It seems expensive, but for the benefit I get from it, it's worth it. The seller also included a small note and a personal cell phone number in case I had any problems, which I thought was a great touch. I recommend it to all mothers who have to express milk at work. It's a lot easier than trying to play around with bags. If you're leveling at all and need some storage to do it, do yourself a favor and get one of these.
