If the flavor really bothers you, you should either take half as much or split it with a friend. Even though Optimum is nutritionally superior, I found it to be no better than Muscle Farm tablets (which burp like powder, horror of horrors). If you're in need of BCAs or suspect you might be (like me) and haven't found anything better to try (I've found that everything I've tried has been similarly ineffective), then by all means give it a shot.
- It's unclear whether or not they work, but I keep drinking it nonetheless. Suggested for keeping muscle mass. Compared to its counterparts, such as muscle farm tablets, it is superior. I am unable to confirm or deny whether or not they use iron in their trade. However, I have a drink after reading the papers just in case.
- It has a horrible flavor at first, but after a month, most people really start to enjoy the classic Yuppie beverage. Sometimes it will give you heartburn.
