Great towel dispenser!

Bought this to set up a downstairs guest bathroom. Despite being a fairly large full tub, the vanity is an antique Victorian toilet with barely enough room for a sink so putting anything on it was out of the question. Also, I didn't like the idea of "guest towels" as half the time they ended up in a wet mess at the end of an evening of entertainment (I usually do group stuff around here). Also, the towels are just a little cleaner and people don't have to worry about using a dirty guest towel over and over again. - drilled holes instead of trying to find a template and get them right based on the brackets on the back of the unit. Like another user who suggested wall mounting and stabilizing it, I added a screw in the very center of the dispenser right at the bottom of the cut out on the front panel - this ensures it REALLY sits on the wall . and withstands the stresses and knocks it receives from use. Since I also used HD's yellow tip deck screws, they blend together and you don't really see them randomly (see image). (full stack) they tear when pulled from below. One user suggested making the bottom opening a bit wider to reduce the strain on the towel when you pull it; although I haven't *yet*, it could be disappointing. However, I have found that simply folding fewer towels reduces the weight and stress enough that they don't tear as easily. All in all a great dispenser - it would be nice not to have to rebuild it so much. work in your situation.
