This water bottle holder comes with no mounting hardware. My bike was not equipped with holes for this. I used cobalt drill bits to drill holes in a titanium bike frame. I then used rubber washers between the holes in the frame and the water bottle holder to provide some cushioning to keep it from rattling between the frame and the holder. Hopefully the rubber washers will also prevent water from getting into the hollow frame where it will surely rust my bike. Again, all the gear I had was not provided. Now that it's here, it looks and works great! I no longer need a backpack to hold water. It flexes a bit to accommodate different sized water bottles, but standard sized bottles work perfectly and I would recommend using it.
