Review on Top Chef by Master Cutlery 🔪 15-Piece Knife Set: A Culinary Master's Essential Tool by Tina Brown

I really like this set of knives, especially after having cheap plastic cutlery in my kitchen for the last 20 years. Not to mention my old knife set, it got the job done, but this set has added a whole new level of sophistication to my cooking and speeded up my process. I particularly like the santoku knives in this set and the paring knife. Alton Brown's YouTube video showed me how to use the Edge Maintain Tool and it works great to make it work properly. Hand wash every time and almost 6 months they still cut beautifully.
