My mug is exactly what I needed. This filter is dense enough that I can brew a strong cup of coffee with it and is easy to clean. I have never seen such a high quality filter. I was skeptical at first because I really like strong coffee, but of course my coffee tastes great. The cup is very etude, very tight lid. If I have to say one negative thing, it's that when it's full, it's quite heavy. Suggestion: Why not put some kind of silicone band around the cup to make it easier to grab. Now it's a bit slippery for me and too big to hold comfortably. However, I recommend it to anyone who prefers real coffee to slop.
