Review on 🚪 DZ43200 Tailgate Assist: Perfect Fit for 04-14 Ford F150 & Lincoln Mark LT by Kenneth Barnes

I thought his device would somehow offset the weight of the tailgate but it doesn't. I should have guessed from the picture but it STRENGTHENS the tailgate down but does nothing to raise the tailgate (yes!). So you can just let go of the tailgate and take a step back, and it will gently slide down. But if you raise, you get no help. I'm a bit of a pushover as I have an injured wrist and I was hoping it would make raising the gate easier, especially if you have something in one hand. BUT if you compare the price of a device that (as far as I can tell) helps raise the gate (about $300) with this one (about $20). You can see what this value is. SUPER is easy to install and looks like it's there.
