Poor shielding and manufacturing issue

This is my third set of Logitech speakers, second Z506. I bought my first refurbished Z506. They worked fine, but they had repeated knocking noises and some other random noises even when completely disconnected from the computer. I thought they were defective as they were rebuilt as a set. So I bought this, the second set, brand new. I am very disappointed because they arrived brand new but with some oil on the back of the subwoofer. When I tried to gently erase it, it took the inscription with it. To make matters worse, that this set produces the same electrical noises. And I found it was a shielding/grounding issue. If I bring my body or hand close to the subwoofer, the noise disappears completely. By running my hand over the subwoofer without touching it, I can make the noise go away or make it louder. If I move the subwoofer closer to the computer, the noise gets louder. If I slide it backwards or rotate it at a certain angle, it gets better. Can I make the noise go away or make it louder?
