Review on HOOLOO by John Lewis

Revainrating 2 out of 5

When compared to other similar services, HOOLOO is a poor option for purchasing household goods.

I am always on the watch for new, high-quality home and kitchen supplies because I love to cook and host parties. HOOLOO is an online retailer that sells a wide variety of items for the home and kitchen; I chose to give them a try recently, but I was very disappointed. The limited availability of goods was a major problem for me. They advertise carrying an extensive selection of housewares and cooking utensils, but I found the opposite to be true. They didn't have as many options as I would have liked, and what they did have was of lower quality than what I could find elsewhere. The poor quality of customer care was also a major problem. It took days to get a reply when I emailed a query about a product. When I did hear back, it was uninformative and ignored my issues. The service at their rivals' stores, on the other hand, is prompt and friendly, making buying a pleasure. Their website was difficult to navigate, and they failed to provide basic information that their rivals do, such as thorough product details and user feedback. This made it difficult for me to make well-informed choices about the items I was considering purchasing. As a whole, if you're in the market for premium quality housewares, HOOLOO is not where you want to shop. Their products and services aren't as good as the alternatives, and neither are their customer support or website. If you're looking for dependable cooking and bathroom supplies, look elsewhere.
