Things you need to understand

This is a traditional style pan with a non-stick coating and therefore has an expiration/use by date. This is the reality for all nonstick pans of this type. This is the third one I've ordered and I've just checked my order history and ordered a new pan after a year of use. I really like this because I only ever have 1 nonstick pan at a time and use this at least 5-6 times a week for my family of 5. heat or rinse while it's still hot, or put other pots on the drawer without a silicone mat in between, but let's be honest I'm busy with a large family and can't babysit the pot. After a year, throw it away and buy a new one. That's about what you should expect from a heavily used nonstick pan. If you want a pan that lasts, use cast iron, stainless steel, or carbon steel. That's why I only have 1 nonstick pan. My other pans are mostly stainless steel and will last a lifetime. This is replaced once a year. I don't want to be on a swap cycle with 5 different pans so I just buy one of these (the big one) and when the finish starts to go bad I throw it out and buy a new one. This pan combines high quality with a reasonable price, so I don't mind paying for a new pan once a year.

Pros
