We call it a rocking chair

This is the worst frying pan I've ever bought. For the first month or so I loved the pan, it's great for bacon, all the packaging fits flat in. The problem is that it started to wobble a bit with the ground deformation and then got worse and worse over time. The base is so round that you have to lift it back and forth to heat one side, then the other. The whole thing heats up pretty unevenly, especially if you don't sit down and put the sides on the burner. It's going to the junkyard this week…

Pros
  • Useful for more than it's intended purpose
Cons
  • Little things

Didn't realize I needed a pan that big

I already had a 10" Tramontina pan but needed a larger pan so I ordered a 14". When I took it out of the box it was cartoon size and I thought I made a mistake ordering that size. In many situations, a 12" pan would be ideal, but I chose the 14" pan because it suits all situations. Even if I don't fill the pan all the way, I can leave the food in the middle so it cooks well. I can cook a pack of bacon in 2 batches instead of 4 batches like a 10" pan. saves me a lot of time Very easy to clean.

HUGE and warped in less than 3 months

My biggest issue with this pan is its size, but that's my fault for not considering how big a 14" pan actually is. The addition of a very, very long handle makes me feel like I'm trying to lift a Flinstone pot. My husband usually cooks and I clean. This pan doesn't burn, but again, the weight and size make it difficult to maneuver. After 6 months of careful use, it warped. We've been very careful with it - never left it empty on the fire, never turned on the high heat, and never dipped it hot…

100% recommend this pan

I bought this pan 11 months ago and I use it at least once almost every day. Unlike all other pans I've tried, this one still works like new. The non-stick coating sticks great... just spray hot water on and wipe with the soft side of a sponge. You name it, I peeled it out of this pan. Light Peas: burnt cheese, caramelized sauce, fried drops. Of course, I don't use metal in it, and I don't need abrasive cleaning brushes, so the bottom line is that if you treat this pan right, it treats you…

Great pans - great price - Very happy with Thexe pans

After getting divorced in 1998 I bought a set of Calphalon pans - they were great - a bit heavy. In 2017 my (second) wife moved to North Carolina from Connecticut. Calphalon was getting old and tired - noticed wear on the non-stick coating. We decided to start with a new set of frying pans in our new home. I read a lot of reviews and bought a set of Zwilling/Henckels non-stick coatings from BB&B. In less than 8 months they will not recover. It was impossible to cook scrambled eggs in it without

AF Nonstick Coating: Woks and Pans with Stir Fryer

Buy. Really doesn't stick: The most important thing is the scrambled eggs. I love them, but I've ruined a lot of non-stick pans scrambled eggs, probably from yesterday's burnt mush, which I now know is due to other pans. but if this thing is gonna kill me anyways it deserves it, cleaning is so easy now and i love making big sticky dishes and watching scrambled eggs. likes to cook a lot of food at once, 14 inches is weird big like wow are we going to put it on two burners? XXXL. But I love it, I

Lots of pots for money!

Advantages: 1) Lightweight. I bought this pan to put on the stovetop and baste two large steaks with oil and garlic at the same time, and I think it's light enough to make this task a lot easier than the cast iron I've used. Size 2. It's huge! My dad and I always joked that it was a 12-strip pan, meaning you could cook 12 strips of bacon at a time. That may not be true, but it looks like it's possible. Future. NOW! 3) heat distribution. The ad is correct. Aluminum conducts heat very well, and…

Things you need to understand

This is a traditional style pan with a non-stick coating and therefore has an expiration/use by date. This is the reality for all nonstick pans of this type. This is the third one I've ordered and I've just checked my order history and ordered a new pan after a year of use. I really like this because I only ever have 1 nonstick pan at a time and use this at least 5-6 times a week for my family of 5. heat or rinse while it's still hot, or put other pots on the drawer without a silicone mat in…

Perfection! in kitchen and dining room

I love, I love, I love! I've had several expensive kitchen items, but each time I've been disappointed. I've since switched to more professional, restaurant-quality cookware (Vollrath is my favorite). I was looking for a large enough pan as I cook dinner for a family of 5 every night and my 12" pans just didn't fit. First off, this pan is HUGE! When I say I cook for 5 it's more like I cook for 8-10 as I cook everything from scratch every time and make enough for everyone to have leftovers to…
