I love, I love, I love! I've had several expensive kitchen items, but each time I've been disappointed. I've since switched to more professional, restaurant-quality cookware (Vollrath is my favorite). I was looking for a large enough pan as I cook dinner for a family of 5 every night and my 12" pans just didn't fit. First off, this pan is HUGE! When I say I cook for 5 it's more like I cook for 8-10 as I cook everything from scratch every time and make enough for everyone to have leftovers to take home the next day - and make them for themselves Saved buying disgusting fast food/takeaway. I've used it for almost everything. The non-stick coating is much better than expensive brands, no deformation problem, you can easily heat it to high temperature or keep it low and slow to cook. And the price. This pan was a winner in every way. It came quickly with no scratches or dents as it was packaged very well. I can't say enough about the brand and the pan itself. If you're used to using 12" pans, don't think the extra 2" would be so noticeable. You'll be amazed at how much you can put in this pot, saving you tons of time. I think I've bragged enough. So if you are looking for this size I would challenge anyone to find a better pan, especially at this price point.
