I bought this pan 11 months ago and I use it at least once almost every day. Unlike all other pans I've tried, this one still works like new. The non-stick coating sticks great... just spray hot water on and wipe with the soft side of a sponge. You name it, I peeled it out of this pan. Light Peas: burnt cheese, caramelized sauce, fried drops. Of course, I don't use metal in it, and I don't need abrasive cleaning brushes, so the bottom line is that if you treat this pan right, it treats you right, too. It's a good size with high rims and a thicker thickness than the Calfalon I've had before. They start off well, but inevitably break down and require too much effort. I have a feeling this pan has years of good use ahead of it.
