I think if you are just learning how to use a knife this might be something for you. Can't say it's great, but they work. I'm old fashioned and love my beautiful old fashioned peeler. I don't know if they stay sharp and if they stay that long. My current knife is about 15 years old and still works. But I tried all three and they did exactly what they advertised. If you don't know how to peel, I see you're having trouble with one of the knives. All I can say is take your time, go to You Tube to learn how to use it properly and you will understand. Bought two sets and gave one to my niece. I am sure you will like them.
