Weak and poor installation
These bearing caps are very fragile and made of thin metal. Don't think for a second that they will look like the ones on your trailer axle. They work? Yes. Are they of good quality? Not really. They're also slightly larger, so it's difficult not to bend them while sliding them into place on the hub.
