Brush assembly holder is used. See the pictures
I ordered this "exact fit" recommended by the ebay and the alternator came looking brand new outside, but the "brush holder assembly and the brushes" look used. So I asked for a replacement and it has the same used feel and look. This is marketed as brand new. It came with extra plug for the car though. Just need to put the extra plug for 2005 Chrysler Pacifica.See the attached pictures.
