Very beautiful and the photo is very lifelike. Problematic creases only

I love these rugs, the graphics are so beautiful. I ordered grey/charcoal and it was exactly what was pictured. The only problem is that they fold up the rug and put it in a plastic bag. The instructions say the fold lines will disappear in a few days. Does not happen. I have a rug in a spot that hasn't really been stepped on much. So I wet the whole carpet and hope it works. They say they fold to save on shipping. I'd rather pay a little more and have the rug rolled up to avoid wrinkles. Other than that, it's a beauty.
