Sturdy and gets the job done

I bought these to use in the kitchen for butchering raw chicken to feed my dogs. Works great on meat and tendons. It can only handle small bones. But I expected that. They are not intended for cutting thick bones. i like pens prevents hands from slipping. Good mechanical advantage. this. strong jaws. They do exactly what I wanted and they do it well. Highly recommended.
