First off very sturdy outside shell. The glass breaking tip is sharp. I did get the black model and after carriying it everyday the black started to fade a bit. Overall was my favorite pen. Used it everyday. Love that it is a veteran owned company being a vet myself I love to support others ventures.Sadly after 5 months I went to put in my second ink refill and it clicked then just free spun. Wont expose the old pen cartridge either. Now a have a small paper weight. I figured from some of the reviews here I would just contact the company. Went to website and there is nothing for contct info. I loved the pen. Sucks it didnt last.Customer service no longer exists. Do yourself a favor keep scrolling.
