Wow! They came in a thin box (as shown in the picture here if you are worried about how they will be shipped). This immediately gave them (ding) one star, then I opened the filter to find the filter in the box (boom) 2 stars. I bought 2 packs. So (boom) one more star, three in total. This filter was fairly unobtrusive, but it didn't pick up the stars. That was enough not to make me want to reward him with another one. Right as soon as it fits into our block. (thing). That's another star. Let me tell you that buying a filter that fits will save you the hassle of tape, scissors and frustration. I plan to swap out this item every six months and it's been that good. future filter purchases: Was this filter dirty - NOW the filter has been used before - NO, it came without a box - NOW it was a filter, an actual filter, not an item of similar weight that could be accidentally jammed in an HVAC unit - NO if these 4 questions have similar answers even if you get 3 out of 4. I'd say you're in luck.
