Still, of course, performance - but I don’t play, and for other tasks, a mid-range device also has enough of it. And a player who is ready to pay for a flagship is likely to think about a gaming smartphone. Therefore, the device has such a low rating, despite the fact that everything is fine except for the photo.

Perhaps the current problem with the photo is soft and will be corrected in future firmware. But firstly, how long will you have to wait for these firmware? And secondly, this is not excluded the reason for the failure - the new sensor is still not fixed by software.

I bought the Chinese version but with Oxygen pre-installed from the factory and not Color OS. I assume that the version from the factory is because, firstly, the packaging is very similar to being sealed at the factory. And secondly, IMEI in the firmware and on the sticker are the same. According to some information, when flashing from Color to Oxygen, they change. The operating system was ated to a version somewhere from the beginning of May. Those. relatively recent at the time of reporting.

Pros

Pleasant "noble" matte design. Performance up to the roof and above now. And if you do not play - and for a long time later. But this is clear from the characteristics. The wonderful Oxygen shell is minimal and just about adding something to pure Android. Most applications are out of the box from Google and not do-it-yourself, but you have to spend time replacing them. In general, the user experience is extremely pleasant. Excellent fingerprint scanner. Works better than the built-in button on my iPad, even though it's under the screen! Good radio. GPS sees a huge number of satellites. No problems with weak WiFi signal. NFC works better than the chip built into a bank card. There are no problems with mobile communication either. Nice colors in the photo. Yet the collaboration with Hasselblad has paid off. The color rendition is closer to SLR and mirrorless cameras than to the typical "Chinese" "Tik-Tok" colors. It's just that it makes little sense.

Cons

Catastrophic noise level on DAYtime pictures. For example, a shot during the day in which there are illuminated areas and even a slight shadow. So, in a light shadow, people's faces and clothes are pockmarked from noise! I do not argue that having processed the noise reduction on a computer, the picture can be pulled out. But the phone is not a SLR. Scenarios for its use are different. He takes his computational photography. And in a good way, it should give a normal result without processing, at least in good and moderately bad shooting conditions. It seems that the device does not process noise reduction at all, even in the shadows. My Huawei P10+ 2022 (!) shoots better during the day! As for night shooting, it doesn’t shine, but it’s not a disaster either. I had Oppo Find X2 Pro. This device is from the same BBK concern as OnePlus. And the camera module is the same as the predecessor of this model, OnePlus 8 Pro, except for the telephoto. So here is the quality of the pictures that day or night - heaven and earth in favor of Oppo. Oppo's night mode is definitely better. But the OnePlus 9, unlike the day, shoots acceptable at night.
