Happy with these bowls.
I bought these bowls because I liked the idea of throwing them in my compost bin instead of in the landfill. These bowls are fairly durable and are great for wet food, including microwaving. As others have pointed out, they are very strongly interconnected and splitting up the required amount and breaking them up ahead of time can save you a lot of frustration in the long run. Once broken, they don't shrink anymore. I rather like their simplicity and will be ordering some in a larger size. 12 oz is basically a small dessert bowl, too small for cereal. I am happy with the purchase.
