As a frequent internet shopper, I was delighted to try Vismix based on their commitment to quality items and reasonable rates. However, I was unsatisfied with my experience. Despite the fact that their website had a polished and humorous tone to it, I found the procedure of checking out to be puzzling and time-consuming. My requests for assistance from the customer support department were met with responses that were both slow and not very helpful. This absence of help has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I highly doubt that I will be using Vismix again in the near future.
