Just open a very large box with two small pillows. You could cut the box in half. The color is the same as the picture, but the size is only about 13 inches. Love them, just wish they were actually 16 inches tall as advertised. I have to say they are beautiful on my white leather sofa. If the size is right I would give 5 stars
