The ability for clients to track transactions with ease! It was also very helpful that we could easily customize our report without having to ask someone else about it being difficult; they just sent us what I requested right off the bat as opposed to taking some time to go over things first before getting final approval. Sometimes you would end up changing something after clicking submit, but sometimes this did not happen until later. We realized that by using ARSolution with QuickBooks Online all information became available at once without waiting for multiple days or weeks like past practices were doing when submitting reports from paper spreadsheets. I like that it integrates with Dynamics 365 so we can pull all our financials into one place. It's very user friendly for non technical users as well. We were able to create reports quickly without having to learn new tools or spend time learning how to code. The UI could be more intuitive but once you get used to it its not too difficult. If your looking for an integrated solution between finance and sales this will work great!
