I love this router. Easy to set up. I really needed an answer to a support question after that. After registering the product and going through some steps to make it difficult to find the support phone number, I really got no help and not even decent customer service. This isn't a reflection of a great mode that's easy to set up. I really needed an answer to a support question after that. This is not an excellent router. UPDATE: A few weeks later I had another problem. The gentleman I received today was excellent. Very different from my first experience. He helped me fix things and didn't talk to me. It still annoys me that NETGEAR doesn't post the customer support phone number on their website or makes it difficult to find.
