This knife is amazing!

This 10" knife was a winner in America's Kitchen test but the 10" knife didn't fit in my knife block holder so I ordered the 8" version and it's a great knife . It's comfortable to hold and cuts like a dream. It slices through thick corn like butter. The thick crusty bread doesn't sweat at all and it slices so smoothly. I love this knife. It's well made and beautiful. .For the price it couldn't get any better.This is the nicest knife I have in my kitchen right now.Thank you Mercer!
