The interface is super easy for non-technical people like me - I can do most things without having any technical knowledge or support! You are always connected with their tech team if you need help though email etc., so they really go out of there way when it comes helping customers!! Not much at this point but would love more integration between PSA's as well (they have some integrations internally). Would be great too see an easier route from reporting incident/incident investigation back into PSAs via our ticketing system vs using external tools such that we don't lose visibility over all incidents happening within one platform across multiple clients.
