I have a KitchenAide hand blender that I have used for many years. Although it's a heavier tool than this, I think for the price it's a great multi-purpose tool. I used all the attachments. The fan is ok. While it works well, I prefer to use their battery-powered frother, which I've had for a few years, to make cappuccino froth. However, a larger whisk is great for more eggs, whipped cream, and light cake batter. The hand blender is perfect. I used it for a creamy cauliflower soup on the first day. Simply put it in a pot and you can quickly prepare cream for any bean and vegetable soup. A small food processor is great when you need to chop onions, garlic, or any other vegetable in small batches. I used it for carrots, celery, onions and garlic in a recipe this weekend. What I really like is that you can easily adjust the speed from low to high with the press of a thumb. Great feature. All in all a great tool for the price.
