Review on CTEK 40 339 CT5 POWERSPORT Battery by Rui Knain

I have been using the C-Tek charger for over 10 years. Although the newer models don't seem to be as reliable, they still work perfectly. I have several cars and bikes with these chargers and all of them have not only lasted a long time but also increased battery life. In the South Florida heat, a typical battery life is 2-3 years. I get 4-5 years on my batteries with these chargers. I was driving a CT5 for motorbikes recently when the plug type, brand name, green with yellow letters started overcharging the batteries. The only downside is the lack of an SAE connector unless you shell out another $15 for a convenience charge adapter. This should be a standard problem with a powerful sport loader.
