I like that they're always there to answer questions or help with tech issues you may have had at any time during your purchase process! They really do care about their customers' experience so we can trust them when it comes down tot he nitty gritty details (which are important!). There aren't too many cons but i wish sometimes things were better organized in terms if where my emails go after sending from one department vs another - this would be helpful since some departments take longer than others before responding back!! We use SF primarily because our clients love how friendly & honest everyone has been throughout all stages which makes us feel confident going into business meetings knowing what's expected out side work ethic/character will also match up perfectly.- Customer Service- Tech Help woth Sales Processes.
