Review on 📸 Ultimate Protection: Swann Home Security Camera System with 4K 16 Spotlight Cameras & 16 Channel CCTV NVR, Color Night Vision, 2-Way Audio, & 2TB Hard Drive by Stanley Redline

I bought this security complex to install in a secondary school. The product was well packaged and all individual parts were included. The individual 4K cameras look well designed and solidly built with a metal body and include mounting screws and drywall anchor bolts. Each camera also has its own weatherproof plastic cable jacket designed for installation over a network cable with PoE connection. a pigtail of a network cable coming out of the camera, protecting the connection. I suspect it's used when the camera is mounted so that the cable comes out on the surface of the wall, rather than going into the wall and being hidden. The only problem was that it was not mentioned in the installation instructions or materials (and not even mentioned in the parts list on the product page on the Swan website). When I called their tech support, the rep had no idea what they were for and I had to email him a photo of the cable jackets. When he saw them, he was able to confirm their purpose (as I had already guessed), but he couldn't explain how to assemble the individual parts of the cable jacket and install the assembly onto the PoE cable, leaving me to figure it out for myself . This was a minor issue as the cable jacket is not an integral part of the system functionality, but due to an omission in the documentation and lack of product knowledge on the part of the tech support staff, I'm giving it a star. . The NVR box is also well built and easy to set up - overall it's a quality product. I may be able to provide updates on other features after the system has been in use for a while. But so far I'm happy with the system.
