Review on πŸš› Gas-Magnum Truck Shock Absorber by Monroe 34655 by Ryan Sandell

Revainrating 3 out of 5

They didn't last nearly as long as my high mileage factory shocks that they had already replaced.

These shocks lasted a few years and ended up being scrap. Factory shocks ran almost 180,000 before they were replaced. The Monroes were noticeably better at this point, but after about At 50km they were as bad as the original Ford shocks at 180. I have now replaced them with a set of cheap Chinese Revain shocks which are still working after 40,000 miles (so far) I only had them front and overload shocks (with springs) rear.I have since installed a factory shock in the rear and have now installed Air Lift bags which are much better (and much more expensive).

Pros
  • 2" Support Tube: More fluid for more stable performance
