This is a really good comb. I don't know how long this will take because I just received it. But it feels very comfortable, smells nice and grips my hair well (something I worried about with a wooden comb), works well on both wet and dry hair. I know that wood composites cannot be used wet without regular drying, as moisture causes the wood to swell and shrink, which can cause it to crack or rot. It's also on the small side. A larger size would also be good, but a smaller size is also good, especially for men or when traveling. However, I will be using it as my main comb and I'm a woman so don't let that stop you! And great price! I liked this comb so much that I've ordered a few more and all of the ones I've received have a noticeable defect such as a slit. B. a chip or teeth caught in the hair. So order these and make sure you can return them if needed. Check the comb to make sure it's sealed and smooth before unpacking in case you need to return it for someone else.
