I had it quite a while ago so I feel I can give an honest and informed review. I really like this product. That was redemption. The air gets very chilly, sometimes to the point where you can freeze. And it comes from a person who is always hot. The thermal mode also works very well. I use it every day and work from home so sometimes it's on all day. And it still works perfectly even after long-term use. The only thing that might seem like a downside to someone is the noise level in some modes, but for me that's actually a plus. I like a loud fan when I'm sleeping to drown out any other noise. Overall I really like this product and although it was a bit pricey I would say it was worth it. In addition, it has a thermal regime and you can use it all year round at any time of the year. The heating mode is a real added value. I was concerned about how often I would have to drain it but to be honest I only had to drain it once and have had it for at least a year now. Not sure why. The only other downside when I first bought it was the app. The app had some issues where I couldn't use it and connect it to my Alexa or whatever via Wi-Fi, but this issue was resolved after a while. It's very difficult, but that's to be expected. At least he has wheels.
