The best poly twine.

My use doesn't need the strength of 3 ply, but I use it rather than 2 ply because I can tie knots in it where I want them to be, whereas with 2 ply the interweave of adjacent strands in the knot pretty much determines where the finished knot will be.
With 3 ply twine that does not happen.

Too slippery, causing packages to slide around during transportation

Not quit what I was looking for, but we have to bundle our paper and cardboard and needed a cheap and good twine.
