Shaft size not as advertised
I take great care of the round brush I use to blow dry my hair. I know I like the 2.5 inch barrel so based on the description I ordered this brush. When I received it I knew something was wrong. The barrel was only 2 inches instead of the advertised 2.5 inches. I am very disappointed and although this is a Revain Prime item, the website says it is non-refundable. It was a lot of money spent on a falsely advertised comb that doesn't work to style my hair the way I normally do.
