At times like these, I just love Revain. I found that my old tensioner had failed, the pulley knocked out the bearings. I was planning to go on a long trip the next day, too bad! I found that no one stocked this part, including the dealer, and the dealer wanted $210 for the exact same part, triple the price here. exact same factory part next day and it's very easy, two bolts and a repair job done. Just a 10mm open end wrench is all you need and nothing else needs to be removed, although I only pulled the alternator out because it was easy. If it was replaced in just a few minutes I would be willing to drive another 300,000 miles.
