Okay, let's start with the bad. The control board was not communicating with my motherboard. By connecting a fan directly to the motherboard, I was able to control the colors. Controller/Distributor, ONLY the built in controller on the junction box works and will never sync with the LED strips on the motherboard's other RGB connectors. Plug in a fan and all the LEDs line up like they should and I can control it. I would leave the set if all the fans worked the same as if one fan was connected. but I would risk buying them again for other builds if the return goes well. I checked every fan and only the connection to the controller was messed up. When you buy this set keep one thing in mind. You will be hiding a 5" high and 2" wide box with wires on all sides. Each fan has long cables, so larger cases are fine, but smaller cases need to hide massive bundles of wires. at least they contained velcro.
